I miss you!
Looks like your new year was better than mine out there - when it was “too windy” (splutter) that the fireworks were cancelled!
Xmas Day was humid and overcast that year too
Sending you an email
All the best for he new year, big hugs and slight mewyness at missing you!

Hi Mike, Jim was down for the weekend and gave me your website. Its great to see all your pics. You have really had a great adventure. How are you settling back in to everyday life? It was great to see Jim for the weekend. He is settling in to the gold coast slowly by slowly, he said that its been hard; homesickness, not too many comrades, unsure of his surroundings etc., so thats why he came down to see some familiar faces and catch up on old times, I think that he might be a little bit more settled now that he knows friends are only a short plane ride away. He also met a lovely girl, so that made it all the more pleasurable for him. He is a go getter, our jimmy!! We had a lots of laughs and the pub was rocking! Laura & Jacob joined us as well, they are still madly in love and getting on like a house on fire. Mat is back at work and finally getting back to his normal health after his surgery, he was unwell for months, stayed the whole time at his folks place in mornington. I am still at my same job, 10 years, pretty stable eh!! How is your girl, is your family well, are you working? Its been a cold winter and we are wanting the spring to break through, soon I hope.
Will u be coming back to visit Oz again, it will be great to see you!
Talk again,
Take care
Cheers,
Karen
