I’ve been wanting to create a photoblog for many months now and have been looking on and off for a while as to what software I could use to create one. I looked at other blogging software such as Moveable Type and Textpattern and even CMS’s to do exactly what I wanted. Suffice it to say, none of them did what I wanted in a simple way. So I went back to good old Wordpress and thought there would be some customisation and plugin writing/searching. In fact it was actually quite easy and I had all of the templates done in a day. And promeni.net is the result. It is a very simple site with the main emphasis on the picture, which is what a photoblog should be about. Enjoy!
